Returns & Exchanges:

If you want to return an item or items you have purchased from us online please contact us, via our contact page or email us at hello@daily-socks.com, let us know what item or items you wish to return and why. 

Returns must be sent back to us with tracking, within 7 days of your order being delivered to you.

Items must be returned in brand new/unworn condition with tags and packaging attached. We cannot accept worn, washed or altered returns.

We will happily accept returns of items purchased directly from us at daily-socks.com, for any reason including change of mind. You can choose from either an exchange, store credit or refund.

However we do not accept online returns or exchanges on, gift-cards, sale or discounted items, items that have been used or worn, or items returned after a 7 day period following the date the item was delivered to you. 

Returns marked as gifts will be issued store credit by default. We cannot issue refunds for gifts.

Until an item is received back to us it is your responsibility so please use tracked shipping and ensure it is packaged correctly.

Once we have received your return it may take us a couple of days to process it, please bear with us and we'll be in touch as soon as we can!

 

Sale & Faulty Products

Sale Items:

Sorry, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty Items:

If you believe an item is faulty please contact us with pictures and an explanation for us to review. We may require the item to be sent back to us. Once we have reviewed the item we will let you know whether it should be deemed as faulty or not. If deemed faulty the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our sole discretion.
